Sarah is a highly experienced executive and operations manager in a career spanning over 20 years primarily on high value projects and operations in the power utilities industry. Sarah is currently ESG Lead and Australian Manager of Galetech Australia, a subsidiary of Galetech Energy Services providing consultancy services in renewables, ESG reporting and a carbon reduction strategies to the active Australian renewable and mining sectors. 

Sarah’s focus has been business operations, governance, project management and commercial administration in both the public and private energy sectors. She has worked to develop and implement Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives for companies to incorporate ESG into their corporate strategies and to ensure accurate and transparent reporting. 

Sarah advises on addressing ESG risks and opportunities to future proof businesses, initiating process improvements to drive ESG performance. Sarah is currently studying carbon accounting to offer further value to clients. 

Sarah has extensive experience in commercial tendering processes and the provision of corporate governance advice and guidance and operational support. Sarah has coordinated and monitored power generation project schedules and budget controls with values ranging between $2m - $176m.
