Our Team Members

Gavin Daly has over twenty years’ of experience as a planning and environmental consultant working on a wide range of major public and private projects across a variety of sectors. He formerly worked at a strategic level as a special adviser to the Irish government on planning, energy and climate change policy and legislation.

Gavin has advised Galetech Energy Services since 2011, successfully bringing several major projects through the planning process. He also has a background in academia and works across Europe on major planning and environmental research projects.

Gavin’s specialist experience includes project management, planning applications, planning appeals, planning compliance, public consultation, oral hearings, environmental assessment, Habitats Directive assessment, infrastructure planning, marine spatial planning, judicial review, planning and environmental law, strategic spatial policy and master planning.
