Bláithín Rafferty is a qualified Environmental Planner who obtained a Master of Planning (MPlan) in European Planning at Queens University Belfast. Bláithín, Planner at GES, has experience in preparing renewable energy planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, planning appeals and leading consultations with prescribed bodies and planning authorities.
