Hydrogen

Green hydrogen is seen as having a key role to play in creating a decarbonised future, replacing natural gas, diesel and gasoline in ships, trucks, buses and cars. It also has the potential to serve as a significant industrial power source and fuel district heating systems.

Hydrogen energy is a zero-carbon fuel burned with oxygen; provided it is created in a zero-carbon way. Hydrogen is usually considered an energy carrier, like electricity, as it must be produced from a primary energy source such as solar or wind.

Across the Galetech Group we have a keen interest in the developing hydrogen market. Within the Galetech Energy Services function we are continuously asked by our clients to examine the opportunities for them to engage the emerging hydrogen technologies and project opportunities.
