Declan is a planning professional with over ten years experience in the environmental and planning field., graduating in 2009 with a Masters in Urban and Rural Design having earlier completed an undergraduate degree in Environmental Planning, both at Queen’s University Belfast. Declan has extensive experience in preparing and submitting standard domestic and commercial planning applications and has been heavily involved in renewable energy planning applications across the island of Ireland (North and South) encompassing wind (both EIAR and Non-EIAR, solar and anaerobic digestion
